TenderHeart Play & Stay is a small facility providing individual attention to your dog's needs. Since we are limited in size we must collect a deposit to secure your reservation. Thank you for your understanding!
A mandatory one night non-refundable boarding deposit of $30 PER DOG is required to secure your reservation, once availability is confirmed. Your reservation WILL NOT be booked until deposit is received. If you wait after availability is confirmed you may lose your desired date(s). Deposit will be credited toward your stay.
During HOLIDAY stays and stays GREATER THAN 7 days, a 50% deposit is required. Cancellation policy applies.

Kindly give minimum of 48 hours (2 days) notice for a Boarding cancellation. Failure to cancel within this time-frame will result in the forfeiture of the deposit.
During HOLIDAY stays, we employ a 72 hour (3 days) cancellation policy. Failure to cancel within this time-frame for a HOLIDAY overnight stay will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
